Thankful Beyond Comprehension

My heart is content as I sit in my cozy little living room tonight.
I have so much to be thankful for.

I am blessed.

I have never had to wonder if I am loved, and the more I live the more I realize what a blessing that is. Even if I had no one else in the world I would still feel never ending love from my momma and siblings. That means the world to me. They are my loyal fan base and my biggest encouragers. I can only pray that I am able to bless them as much as they bless me. 

I am blessed. 

I often take for granted the joy of being in a relationship with a God-fearing man. or the joy of being in a relationship at all. I forget that not everyone has the opportunity to enter into a "serious relationship" at the ripe ol' age of 17 and stay in that same relationship for THREE years (and counting). As hard as it is to be away from my lovey 25+ days every month, I can't help but look forward to the 3-5 days I do get to see him. I'm beyond thankful for my faithful boyfriend who I know I can always trust.

I am blessed. 

I have the most wonderful Church family with vision and determination. I can not speak enough of my home away from home. I am loved, cared for, forgiven and accepted at NHBC. I see the body of Christ doing great things for our King and His kingdom every day. What an encouragement!

I am blessed. 

My friends Love me through think and thin. I don't have a huge group of friends but the ones I do have are more loyal to me than I could ever imagine. I love them with my whole heart! I know I can always depend on them and that's a fact!

Far above everything else, I  know love because of the love of my heavenly father.

Graydon Jones--

I could talk about this guy forever.

In addition to being incredibly handsome he is also fun, Godly, smart, compassionate, kind, loyal...and the list goes on! 

What an honor to get to take Senior pictures for my sweet honey. 

We started off at Audubon park...and well that's also where we ended...about 20 minutes later. (It was hot.) 

This was shortly after Graydon had decided what college he was going to so he is ((proudly)) wearing his TCU shirt. At the time we were 100% unaware of the exciting, fun, overwhelming, joyful adventure that he was going to experience at that school, but now that he's well into his freshman year I know he wouldn't have it any other way.

I love Prom!

I love prom! I think it's the most fun high school tradition EVER! I only went to prom my senior year, but it is by far my best memory from high school.

 This past spring I got to photograph Maddie and Daniel before they went to their Senior Prom at Lake Highlands high school. I had so much fun! It was a short shoot but it was a blast! 

Here are a few of the lovely pictures we got.

Amanda, Casey, and Nugget

This was my very first maternity shoot. And what a great one it was! 

I met Amanda and Casey a year or two ago at a softball game back when they were only dating, and I faithfully stalked them on Facebook (creepy?? oops!) all through their engagement and wedding. They were such a sweet couple! Full of love for each other. 

Well guess who was blessed with a honeymoon baby...That's right! These two! 

Amanda and Casey are so sweet. Even though they weren't planning on having a baby so soon they've never let that keep them from being BEYOND excited to have a baby girl. Through the whole pregnancy they have been writing letters to their sweet "Nugget", and let me tell you the love that they have for their baby is NEVER going to end. 

Amanda is having nugget this Friday and I thought this would be a good way to celebrate.

Babies and hair bows and everything happy

FIRST POST! :D

Not sure of a better way to start a blog so i'm just gonna jump right in! 

I recently had the pleasure of taking pictures of the sweetest baby. She was modeling some products for MarlyQ Designs (Check it out on Facebook and Etsy). She is the absolute sweetest thing. 

I already love babies but then put a huge bow on their head and I completely melt! 

                                                           How could I not??? 

Big brother joined us for a few about half way through...

A big thank you to the sweet parents of this little angel for allowing Marly Q. and myself to use your daughter as a model. 

Just one more for grins and giggles...
